I am, Aerin Wells, an early 30s, multi-industry, people focused administrative professional. I am so glad we are here getting to know each other.

I have always been the person to investigate systems and individuals. I am motivated by seeing individuals empowered to define success in every area of their life.

And that is the short answer to why Bloom Fiercely exists.

But if you are here trying to learn about me, that is probably not the information you are looking for. When I land on an about page, I am looking for the soul behind the brand. I am guessing that you are trying to determine if we will be able to connect, if you will be able to instinctually trust the work we could do together, if your dreams will be safe with me.

This is what I would want to know if I was looking for support.

Foundations

Like most people who end up in a service focused career, my upbringing played a significant role in my skills and motivations. I came to this work after a childhood marked by emotional instability. These challenges sparked a strong desire to learn how to cultivate a safe environment for me and my siblings. And for me safety meant control.

I believed that if I could find the perfect career, perfect job, perfect boss, or perfect task management system that would lead to financial and emotional stability. In the quest for control, I developed a set of skills to create systems and prioritize self discovery. After all that development and discovery, I was finally forced to accept that PERFECT does not exist.

Years of therapy has helped me to shift out the unrealistic expectation from useful skills. These are the skills I would like to share with you all.

Because while complete control over our lives is not possible, building a sustainable and fulfilling vocational life is within reach.
